• Size Supplied: We supply 0.8-1cm size juveniles. Juveniles adapt significantly better to new aquarium water parameters than adults and give you the longest possible lifespan in your tank!

• Water Parameters: Temperature: 65°F to 85°F (18°C to 29°C) | pH Level: 6.2 to 8.0 | General Hardness (GH): 4 to 8 | Carbonate Hardness (KH): 3 to 15.

• Diet: Omnivorous scavengers that feed on biofilm, algae, and high-quality sinking shrimp pellets.

Care Instructions & Tank Compatibility

• Ideal Tank Setup: Provide a habitat with a dark-colored substrate (like aquasoil). A dark background dramatically enhances their yellow coloration and makes their signature "gold back" stripe pop visually. Live plants like mosses and Anubias offer excellent cover and broad surfaces for biofilm growth.

• Acclimation: Because we supply healthy 0.8-1cm juveniles, they are highly adaptable. However, always drip-acclimate your new shrimp slowly to ensure a stress-free transition into your water parameters.

• Perfect Tank Mates: Highly community-friendly! House them peacefully alongside other small, non-aggressive species such as nano tetras, rasboras, and docile bottom feeders. Always avoid housing them with large or aggressive predatory fish.

• Filtration Needs: Use gentle filtration, such as a sponge filter, to prevent strong currents and keep the tiny juveniles safe.
